- Es erwartet Dich ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Voll- oder Teilzeit sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten.
- Deine Bezahlung erfolgt pünktlich inkl. sämtlicher Zuschläge und die Vergütung orientiert sich an den Arbeitsvertragslinien des Diakonischen Werkes. (AVR DWM-V ab S. 80) und findet sich in der Eingruppierung in der EG 9 (4.461,- € pro Monat bis 5.165,37 € pro Monat bei 40h) wieder.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Leitungserfahrungen als PDL und bist eine gewinnende und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Pflegefachkraft, idealerweise im Bereich Gerontopsychiatrie / Demenz
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson, Altenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung zur Verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft
- Du denkst zukunftsorientiert mit Ideen, Kreativität und dem notwendigen Blick auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du besitzt hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und integrative Fähigkeiten und bist fähig, moderne Konzepte in der Mitarbeiterführung umzusetzen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
