Als Lead Concept & Interaction Strategist (m/w/d) bist du der inhaltliche Motor unserer Kunden und Innovationsprojekte: Du erkennst Potenziale, bringst Struktur in komplexe Anforderungen und entwickelst starke, umsetzbare Konzepte. Du führst Kund:innen und Teams souverän durch den gesamten Prozess – von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout – und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Projekt ein klares, inspirierendes Zielbild hat.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst neue Technologien, KI‑Ansätze und UX‑Trends und leitest daraus konkrete Anwendungsszenarien ab
- Du entwickelst Produktkonzepte, User Journeys, Use Cases und Interaktionslogiken, die unsere internationalen Kund:innen begeistern
- Du sorgst für eine konsistente Storyline über alle Anforderungen, Deliverables und Präsentationen hinweg – von Flows über UI-Guides bis hin zu Pitch‑Decks
- Du strukturierst komplexe Anforderungen, Prioritäten und Ziele und bringst Klarheit in anspruchsvolle Projektumfelder
- Du bist fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, leitest Workshops und stehst in wichtigen Entscheidungsprozessen souverän beratend zur Seite
- Du arbeitest eng mit UX/UI, Development, Content und Concept Artists zusammen und steuerst fachlich Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen und unterstützt zusätzlich Marketing & Vertrieb bei technischen und konzeptionellen Themen sowie Pre-Sales-Präsentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Medien‑)Informatik, IT, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption digitaler Produkte, Software oder Innovationsprojekten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Strukturierung, Technologieanalyse, Storytelling und klarer Kommunikation
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch‑und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Du bringst Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kreativität und Flexibilität mit
