Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Disposition und Koordination der Materialanlieferungen und -versendungen
- Sie leiten ein kleines Team aus Sachbearbeiter:innen und Fahrer:innen
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit der Geschäfts- und Betriebsleitung zur erforderlichen Mengensteuerung ab
- Sie führen und überwachen Bestände
- Sie stellen die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation, einschließlich der Anforderungen nach ADR, sicher und wickeln die Nachweispapiere aus dem Abfall- und Gefahrgutrecht ab, gerne auch international
- Sie werten Produktionsaufzeichnungen in Excel aus und bauen, pflegen sowie entwickeln Kooperationspartnerschaften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur Speditionskauffrau bzw. zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik
- Sie können Teams leiten oder haben Interesse daran und verfügen über Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Logistikvorgänge
- Sie verfügen über eine Qualifikation im Gefahrgutbereich, ggf. auch im Abfallbereich
- Sie besitzen EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office, in Logistiksoftware und in der Materialwirtschaft
- Sie treten kooperativ auf, sind Teamplayer:in und zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
