Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Beratungsprojekte – von der strategischen Analyse bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung.
- Du analysierst komplexe Geschäftsmodelle sowie Kostenstrukturen und entwickelst datengestützte Konzepte, um den Erfolg unserer Kunden nachhaltig zu steigern.
- Deine Ergebnisse und strategischen Empfehlungen bereitest Du überzeugend für das Top-Management auf und präsentierst diese souverän, z.B. mit PowerPoint.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden vor Ort zusammen, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und agierst in nationalen wie internationalen Projektteams.
- Als Mentor:in gibst Du Dein Wissen weiter, führst (Junior) Consultants fachlich und trägst maßgeblich zur Entwicklung Deines Teams bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Masterstudium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mit.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung und hast bereits komplexe Projekte eigenverantwortlich gesteuert.
- Mit deiner analytischen und datengetriebenen Denkweise entwickelst du überzeugende Konzepte und präsentierst diese sicher auf Management-Ebene.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, hast idealerweise bereits erste (Teil-)Projektteams geführt und bringst Erfahrung aus internationalen Projekten mit.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1), um unsere internationalen Kunden optimal zu betreuen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
