Als Senior Consultant leitest du Projekte, entwickelst datenbasierte Konzepte für das Top-Management und arbeitest direkt mit Kunden in Deutschland, Europa und international zusammen. Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest (Teil-)Projekte und übernimmst die Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete
- Du analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse und Kostenstrukturen
- Du entwickelst praxisnahe, datenbasierte Konzepte für Top-Management und Führungskräfte
- Du arbeitest direkt mit Kunden vor Ort zusammen – in Deutschland, Europa und international
- Du übernimmst zunehmend Projektleitungs- und Kundenverantwortung
- Du koordinierst und mentorst (Junior) Consultants im Projekt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Masterstudium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang an einer Technischen Universität
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungsbranche und in anspruchsvollen Projektaufgaben mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2-Level)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in internationale Projekten oder Auslandstätigkeiten gesammelt
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Führen kleiner Projektteams mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
