Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, steuerst und evaluierst den gesamten Pflegeprozess für unsere Bewohner:innen und sicherst so eine individuelle und hochwertige Betreuung.
- Du führst die tägliche Grund- und Behandlungspflege professionell durch und bist dabei die wichtigste Bezugsperson, die für Wohlbefinden und Sicherheit sorgt.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle im Pflegeteam, um die bestmögliche Versorgung zu koordinieren.
- Als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Bewohner:innen sowie deren Angehörige kompetent und mit Einfühlungsvermögen.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige digitale Pflegedokumentation und wirkst bei administrativen Aufgaben wie dem Bestellwesen mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, z. B. als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger:in.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, besonders wenn es um die Planung und Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen geht.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst dich aktiv ein, um gemeinsam die beste Versorgung für die Bewohner:innen sicherzustellen.
- Im Umgang mit Bewohner:innen und ihren Angehörigen zeigst du viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Dokumentation zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
