- Individuelle Beratung: Du führst professionelle Kundenberatungen im reinen Innendienst durch – es sind keine Außentermine und keine Akquise notwendig
- Angebotserstellung: Du analysierst den Markt und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Marktvergleiche sowie individuelle Angebote für unsere Kund:innen
- Ganzheitliche Vertragsbearbeitung: Du begleitest Bestands- und Neukundenverträge vollumfänglich – von der ersten Einreichung über die Policierung bis hin zur laufenden, nachhaltigen Betreuung
- Risikoanalyse: Du prüfst, analysierst und beurteilst die spezifischen Risiken von Versicherungsverträgen im Bereich der PKV
- Eigenverantwortung im Team: Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich in einem durchgehend wertschätzenden, vertrauensvollen und kollegialen Arbeitsklima

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung mit
- Du begeisterst dich für das Thema der privaten Krankenversicherung (PKV) und konntest hier idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen sammeln
- Eine gewissenhafte, kundenorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
