In dieser Position leisten Sie einen maßgeblichen Beitrag beim Wissenstransfer im Zuge der Produktverlagerung unserer Pumpenproduktion von Nürnberg nach Böblingen und tragen durch Ihr Wissen zu einer langfristigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die operative Beschaffung bei internen und externen Lieferanten und steuerst die Anliefertermine und -treue mittels Einzelbestellungen, Lieferplänen und Kontrakten
- Du ermittelst selbstständig den Bedarf und löst diesen in SAP aus, in Kooperation mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Fertigung und Montage, um eine optimale Kapazitätssteuerung der Montage zu gewährleisten
- Du terminierst Kundenaufträge und Reparaturbedarfe für Teile aus Vor- und Endmontage
- Du buchst und überwachst die Materialbewegungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung, Freigabe und Anpassung von Fertigungsaufträgen für die Montage sowie bei der Steuerung, Koordination und Planung der Warenströme

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der operativen Beschaffung mit, vorzugsweise auch im Bereich Materialwirtschaft und Montagesteuerung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist bereit zur gelegentlichen Einarbeitung am Standort Nürnberg
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
