Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige, fachliche Verantwortung für den Betrieb der Dampferzeugungsanlagen und sorgst dafür, dass ein stabiler und sicherer Betrieb sowie eine zuverlässige Versorgung gewährleistet sind.
- Du kontrollierst und wertest die Betriebsabläufe in deinem Verantwortungsbereich laufend aus.
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst Betriebsunterlagen, Technologien sowie Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Du sicherst die Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen und gewährleistest deren Sicherheit.
- Du planst, beauftragst, koordinierst und nimmst Revisionen, Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsmaßnahmen eigenständig vor.
- Du leitest fachlich die Schichtmeister:innen und das Anlagenpersonal an und führst sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Ausbildungen durch.
- Du bearbeitest Vorgänge im Auftragswesen, bestellst Lieferungen und Leistungen und kontrollierst ständig Kennzahlen, um einen optimalen Kraftwerksbetrieb sicherzustellen.
- Du arbeitest mit zuständigen Behörden zusammen, hältst Auflagen ein und führst die Lebenslaufakten der Anlagen.
- Du achtest dabei stets auf Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hoch-/Fachhochschulabschluss im Maschinenbau mit Vertiefung in Energie- und Verfahrenstechnik bzw. Kraftwerkstechnik
- Du bist auch direkt nach Abschluss deines Studiums bei uns herzlich willkommen und erhältst eine umfassende Einarbeitung
- Du verfügst aufgrund deines Studiums über fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik und/oder Energietechnik
- Du bist teamfähig, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Deine Deutschkenntisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
