Was erwartet dich?
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Quartalsberichten
• Analyse und Kommentierung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse im Hinblick auf die finanzielle Performance des Unternehmens
• Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen in den Schnittstellen-Bereichen zwischen Finance & Controlling und den restlichen CFO-Resorts (Einkauf, IT und HR)
• Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Implementierung neuer effizienter Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Best Practices
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um Anforderungen zu identifizieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien und Geschäftsprozessen
• Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Reports und Analysen auf Anfrage der Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IFRS-Reporting und/oder in einer vergleichbaren Finanzposition, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
• Ausreichende Kenntnisse der internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS) sowie der Bilanzierung und Finanzanalyse
• Erfahrung in der Projektleitung zur Prozessoptimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finance & Controlling
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Einführung von Automatisierungslösungen, ERP-Systemen und Business Intelligence (z. B. Power BI, SAP)
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Pragmatische und zielorientierte Herangehensweise
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
