Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die präzise Herstellung unserer Betonfertigteile verantwortlich – von der Schalung bis zur Nachbearbeitung auf Basis technischer Zeichnungen.
- Eigenständig bereitest du die Bewehrung vor, überwachst die Betonmischung und steuerst den Gießprozess, um passgenaue Elemente zu schaffen.
- Durch sorgfältige Sicht- und Maßkontrollen stellst du sicher, dass jedes Bauteil unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht und für den Weitertransport bereit ist.
- Du bedienst, pflegst und wartest die Produktionsanlagen sowie Maschinen und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Fertigung.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Teamkollegen in der Produktion gewährleistest du effiziente Übergaben und trägst zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betonfertigteilbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Betonverarbeitung und Fertigung von Betonfertigteilen mit
- Du gehst sicher mit technischen Zeichnungen und Bauplänen um
- Du besitzt handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest eigenständig sowie zuverlässig
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
