Du verbindest strategische Weiterentwicklung mit operativer Stabilität und schaffst Strukturen, die Qualität, Skalierbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit nachhaltig sichern. Dabei arbeitest Du bereichsübergreifend mit deinen Teams (WOPS und Support) sowie mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und sorgst durch klare Führung und transparente Abstimmung für stabile Zusammenarbeit und verlässliche Abläufe.

Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die Führung des Fachbereichs Support & Wibu Operating Services (WOPS) gemeinsam mit Deinen Teamleitungen (disziplinarisch wie fachlich) und entwickelst Strukturen, Menschen und Verantwortlichkeiten strategisch weiter
Du sicherst Service-Exzellenz, indem Du eine nachhaltig hohe Kundenzufriedenheit gewährleistest, unseren technischen Support kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst und Kundenreklamationen professionell und lösungsorientiert managst
Du verantwortest den Betrieb unserer Hosting-Services im Rechenzentrum (WOPS) und stellst die Einhaltung vertraglich zugesicherter Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sicher
Du gestaltest Schnittstellen, indem Du Kundenanforderungen aufnimmst, diese strukturiert priorisierst und Dich eng mit Produktmanagement und Technik abstimmst
Du steuerst Partner:innen, indem Du das Lieferantenmanagement für Rechenzentrum und externe Dienstleister – wirtschaftlich, qualitativ und strategisch – verantwortest
Du denkst Prozesse weiter, indem Du Kennzahlen analysierst, wirksame Maßnahmen ableitest und kontinuierlich Prozesse, Projektstrukturen und Abläufe im Sinne von Qualität, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit optimierst

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Support – idealerweise in der Softwarebranche im B2B-Umfeld oder bei Herstellern softwarebasierter elektronischer Produkte
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, Teams strategisch auszurichten, weiterzuentwickeln und Mitarbeitende nachhaltig zu befähigen
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ISO 9001 und ISO 27001 – verbunden mit einem klaren Qualitäts- und Prozessverständnis
Du hast technische Expertise im Betrieb von Rechenzentren und/oder Public Cloud-Hosting; Erfahrungen mit Docker und Kubernetes sind von Vorteil. Sicherheit im Umgang mit Standardanwendungen, Datenbankmanagementsystemen und Betriebssystemen setzen wir voraus
Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im strukturierten Projektmanagement, im Prozessdesign sowie in der nachhaltigen Optimierung betrieblicher Abläufe – analytisch, systematisch und mit Blick auf Qualität, Kosten und Zeit
Du verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (BGB) und im Bereich DSGVO, gepaart mit souveräner, wertschätzender Kommunikation in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) sowie der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen zentralen Unternehmensbereich aktiv weiterzuentwickeln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
