Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst als Project Manager (m/w/d) die Leitung und Koordination von weitreichenden Transformationsprojekten
- Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Fäden bei dir zusammenlaufen und bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für die Kund:innen und unsere internen Managing Directors
- Du übernimmst entsprechend deiner Vorerfahrung die Führungsverantwortung für weitere Teammitglieder
- Du arbeitest operativ im Projekt mit und unterstützt in der Akquisition von neuen oder Folgeprojekten, was dein Aufgabengebiet abrundet

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Du verfügst über weitreichende Projektmanagement-Skills und Führungserfahrung
- Du bist ausgeprägt kommunikationsstark in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit und hast Freude an Flexibilität und Agilität für nachhaltigen Erfolg in langfristigen Projekten
- Du bist bereit zu begrenzter Reisetätigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
