Was erwartet Dich?

Ganzheitliche Projektleitung: Du steuerst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
Fundierte Entwurfsplanung: Mit sicherem Gespür entwickelst du anspruchsvolle Entwürfe und begleitest diese souverän bis zur Genehmigungsreife
Technische Expertise: Du übernimmst die Ausführungsplanung sowie die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
Bauüberwachung mit Weitblick: Du überwachst den Bau bis zur Fertigstellung, abhängig vom Projekt

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Qualifikation: Du hast dein Studium (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) in den Fachrichtungen Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen (Schwerpunkt Hochbau) oder Baumanagement erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Software-Skills: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ArchiCAD und bringst Erfahrung in der 3D-Planung mit.
Arbeitsweise: Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ein Auge für bautechnische Details zeichnen dich aus.
IT & Kommunikation: Du beherrschst das MS Office-Paket sicher und kommunizierst klar und sicher auf Deutsch.
Teamdynamik: Du hast Freude an der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Team und am aktiven Vorantreiben von Bauprojekten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
