Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Übergabe und stimmst dich dabei eng mit Bauherren und Fachplanern ab.
- Du entwickelst kreative und technisch fundierte Entwürfe in 3D mit ArchiCAD und führst diese sicher durch die Genehmigungsplanung gemäß den HOAI-Leistungsphasen.
- Du erarbeitest die detaillierte Ausführungsplanung und erstellst präzise Leistungsverzeichnisse als Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Vergabe und Realisierung.
- Du koordinierst und überwachst die Bauausführung vor Ort, stellst die Qualität sicher und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung mit.
- In der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung (LP 1-5 HOAI) bist du erfahren und sicher im Umgang mit ArchiCAD für die 3D-Planung.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, wobei du stets ein scharfes Auge für bautechnische Details beweist.
- Du arbeitest gerne konstruktiv im Team und hast Freude daran, Projekte gemeinsam voranzutreiben und zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Projektalltag sprichst du verhandlungssicher Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
