Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentraler Anker gestaltest Du einen sicheren und strukturierten Lernort, an dem Du den Kindern und Jugendlichen den Schulstoff traumasensibel vermittelst.
- Du entwickelst und wendest kreative, individuelle Lernkonzepte an, die auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen zugeschnitten sind – dabei unterstützt Dich moderne Technik wie unser Smartboard.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem interdisziplinären Team aus Pädagogen und Therapeuten stimmst Du Förderpläne ab und sorgst für eine ganzheitliche Betreuung.
- Du planst und leitest pädagogische Projekte, die nicht nur Wissen vermitteln, sondern gezielt das Selbstvertrauen und die sozialen Kompetenzen der Jugendlichen stärken.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist teamfähig, kreativ, engagiert und hast den Willen, an der Umsetzung des Gesamtkonzeptes der Einrichtung mitzuwirken
- Du hast Erfahrung und die Bereitschaft zur Begleitung und Betreuung traumatisierter und verhaltensauffälliger Kinder und Jugendlicher
- Du besitzt einen Methodenkoffer, um Wissen kreativ zu vermitteln
- Du hast den Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
