- Leitung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR-Abteilung
- Verantwortung für alle personalrelevanten Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
- Aufbau, Strukturierung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung einer DIN ISO 9001-konformen HR-Dokumentation
- Implementierung und Sicherstellung der Anforderungen der Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie
- Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung zentraler HR-Prozesse
- Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung einer bedarfsgerechten HR-Software
- Personalcontrollings inklusive relevanter KPIs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- 2–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Strukturierung von Prozessen und Dokumentationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (DIN ISO 9001)
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Verständnis der Anforderungen rund um die Entgelttransparenz
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit pragmatischer Umsetzungskompetenz
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und DurchsetzungsfähigkeitAbgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Interesse an neuen Technologien und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität, insbesondere bei geplanten Wartungen oder ungeplanten Systemausfällen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
