Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst anspruchsvolle Webanwendungen über den gesamten Tech-Stack, vom Python/FastAPI-Backend bis zum modernen JavaScript/TypeScript-Frontend.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement übersetzt du komplexe Anforderungen in performanten, sicheren und wartbaren Code, der unsere Nutzer begeistert.
- Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Cloud-Infrastruktur mit und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anwendungen durch den Einsatz von Kubernetes, Docker und CI/CD-Pipelines sicher.
- Gemeinsam im Team bringst du deine Expertise bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen ein, um unsere Systemlandschaft zukunftsfähig zu machen.
- Als Teil unseres agilen Teams sicherst du die Codequalität durch regelmäßige Code-Reviews und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Best Practices bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Full-Stack-Entwicklung mit.
- Im Backend fühlst du dich sicher und hast idealerweise schon mit Technologien wie Python, FastAPI, Kafka oder Rust gearbeitet.
- Du beherrschst die gängigen Web-Technologien für moderne Frontends, insbesondere JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML und CSS.
- Deine Neugier erstreckt sich auch auf die Infrastruktur, weshalb du bereits Berührungspunkte mit Tools wie Docker, Kubernetes oder CI/CD-Pipelines hattest.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, denkst analytisch und hast Freude daran, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und dein Wissen zu teilen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
