Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die vollständige Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Hauptbuch, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und stellst eine korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben nach HGB sicher und gewährleistest eine ordnungsgemäße und nachvollziehbare Buchführung
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen bzw. wirkst aktiv an deren Erstellung mit und bereitest diese für interne und externe Ansprechpartner auf
- Du stimmst Konten regelmäßig ab, analysierst Abweichungen und klärst auch komplexe buchhalterische Sachverhalte eigenständig
- Du überwachst und steuerst den laufenden Zahlungsverkehr und stellst die fristgerechte Abwicklung sicher
- Du erstellst Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und behältst steuerliche Fristen sowie Vorgaben im Blick
- Du arbeitest eng mit Steuerberatern sowie internen Stakeholdern zusammen und fungierst als fachliche Ansprechperson
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in buchhalterischen Prozessen und setzt Optimierungen aktiv um
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben sicher und sorgst für eine vollständige und ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting / Finance
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB und steuerliche Grundkenntnisse
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
- Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Diskretion

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
