Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst detaillierte Exposés und Finanzierungspläne für Photovoltaik-, Speicher- und Wind-Projekte, einschließlich technischer und finanzieller Analysen
- Du führst Markt- und Standortanalysen durch, um die Rentabilität von Projekten zu bewerten
- Du arbeitest eng mit Ingenieuren und Projektleitern zusammen, um technische Daten zu sammeln und aufzubereiten
- Du erstellst und präsentierst Projektberichte sowie -vorschläge für Investoren und Finanzinstitute
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Finanzierungsmodelle zur Bewertung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Risiken von Projekten
- Du verhandelst und strukturierst Finanzierungsverträge mit Banken und anderen Finanzierungsquellen
- Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Projektfinanzierungsprozesse und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte zu deren Ergebnissen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektfinanzierung, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder Infrastrukturprojekte
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Gesellschaftsrecht, die wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich sind
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und -analysen sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Präsentation von Exposés und Finanzierungsunterlagen
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und bist teamfähig sowie in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Umfeld eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
