Sie übernehmen die verantwortliche Steuerung von Bauprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik – von der Planung über die Ausführung bis zur Übergabe
Sie führen und koordinieren Projektteams, Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten auf energietechnischen Baustellen
Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Budget, Terminen, Qualität und relevanten Normen (DIN, VDE, LAR) sicher
Sie planen den Einsatz von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal und verantworten Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz
Sie erstellen und prüfen Werk- und Montagepläne für elektrotechnische und energietechnische Anlagen, kalkulieren Nachträge und bereiten Abschlags- sowie Schlussrechnungen vor
Sie überwachen den gesamten Projektverlauf, inklusive Kosten-, Leistungs- und Terminmanagement, und koordinieren die Inbetriebnahme sowie Abnahme energietechnischer Anlagen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Energietechnik
Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in im Bereich Energietechnik mit und überzeugen durch Leistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung
Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in den einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. VDE, DIN, LAR)
Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus
Sie handeln proaktiv, verfügen über Organisationstalent und behalten auch unter hoher Belastung den Überblick
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Teams, Nachunternehmer:innen und Lieferant:innen auf energietechnischen Projekten und steuern erfolgreich den gesamten Projektverlauf
