Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bedienung und Einrichtung unserer Backautomaten und sicherst so einen reibungslosen Produktionsprozess.
- Als Garant für beste Produktqualität führst Du regelmäßige Waffelprüfungen durch, überwachst kritische Kontrollpunkte wie Metalldetektoren und dokumentierst Deine Ergebnisse.
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei kleineren Anlagenstörungen, behebst diese eigenständig und sorgst durch Deine Dokumentation für eine hohe Maschinenverfügbarkeit.
- Mithilfe von Flurförderfahrzeugen verantwortest Du den innerbetrieblichen Materialtransport sowie die fachgerechte Verpackung der fertigen Waffeln.
- Du organisierst Dein Team in der jeweiligen Schicht, teilst die Aufgaben ein und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Waffelbäckerei.
- Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Flurförderfahrzeuge (Staplerschein).
- Die Arbeit im Wechsel- und Nachtschichtbetrieb ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer behältst du auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick und packst gerne mit an.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team bringst du gute Deutschkenntnisse mit (B2-Niveau).
