Wir suchen ab sofort im Büro in Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Buchhalter (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben
- Buchung und Erfassung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die korrekte Erfassung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Bankkontoauszügen sowie Zollbescheiden
- Bankkontenmanagement: Du stellst die korrekte Führung und Abstimmung der Bankkonten sicher
- Zahlungsverkehr: Du bereitest Zahlungsläufe vor, kontrollierst und führst sie aus. Dabei stellst Du die Deckung der Konten sicher
- Rechnungsprüfung: Du führst die Rechnungsprüfung in enger Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen durch
- Monats- und Jahresabschluss: Du erstellst eigenständig den Monats- und Jahresabschluss für die übertragenen Zuständigkeitsbereiche inklusive aller notwendigen Abschlussarbeiten
- Umsatzsteuer: Du beurteilst präzise umsatzsteuerliche Sachverhalte und erstellst die monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und die ZM-Meldung
- Reisekosten: Du kontrollierst und prüfst die Reisekostenabrechnungen

Dein Profil
- Du hast erfolgreich ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) mit
- Du bringst bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hauptbuchhaltung mit
- Du siehst die Definition und Implementation neuer Geschäftsabläufe, insbesondere Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, in der Buchhaltung als eine willkommene Herausforderung
- Dein Verständnis ist, dass Liquidität das zentrale Fundament eines Unternehmens ist und Du mit deinen täglichen Aufgaben aktiv dazu beiträgst, sie zu optimieren
- Du verfügst über gute MS Office / Google Workspace Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, vorzugsweise SAP Business One
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
