- Du bist in einer bauleitenden Tätigkeit mit deinem Team für die Neuinstallation sowie den Umbau von Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen verantwortlich
- Du verlegst und bearbeitest auf Montage Rohrleitungen für gewerbliche Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
- Du koordinierst die Mitarbeitenden auf der zu verantwortenden Baustelle und übernimmst unterstützend die Bestellung des benötigten Materials
- Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für die Projektleitenden, unsere Kund:innen und Deine Kolleg:innen
- Du kontrollierst die zeitliche Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Termine

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d), Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klima- oder Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst bevorzugt über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer bauleitenden Tätigkeit in der Installation von gewerblichen Heizungsanlagen, Lüftungsanlagen oder Sanitäranlagen
- Du bist bereit zur Montagetätigkeit / zur Auswärtstätigkeit (Montag bis Freitag auf Baustelle)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B, der zwingend erforderlich ist
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau für eine reibungslose Kommunikation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
