Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst disziplinarisch und fachlich die Mitarbeitenden im COC, inklusive Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie arbeitsrechtliche Belange
- Du berichtest an den Head of Engineering und entwickelst Personaleinsatzpläne für das Ressourcenmanagement
- Du erstellst Projektorganigramme und benennst qualifizierte Arbeitspaketverantwortliche
- Du bist verantwortlich für anlagentechnische «Key deliverables» wie PFDs, P&IDs, Betriebsanleitungen und Inbetriebnahmepläne sowie Ex-Schutz- und Brandschutzkonzepte
- Du führst und bewertest Sicherheits- und Risikoanalysen (HAZID, HAZOP) fachlich und nutzt etablierte Planungs- und Kennzeichnungssysteme
- Du organisierst und führst die Zuarbeiten für die Genehmigungsplanung und bist verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Ziele des COC, abgeleitet aus den Bereichszielen
- Du wirkst bei der Angebotsbearbeitung in Ausschreibungen mit und überprüfst die Einhaltung von Qualität, Budget und Terminen in Gate-Reviews
- Du stellst die Qualität von Dokumenten für die Genehmigungsplanung, Zertifizierung und Projektenddokumentation sicher und koordinierst den Informationsfluss mit anderen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Du sicherst Risikoanalysen in allen Projektphasen und den Wissenstransfer aus Projekten (Lessons Learned)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 10+ Jahre Berufs- und Projekterfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Planung von komplexen verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen mit, insbesondere für die Wasserstoffproduktion mittels verschiedener Elektrolysetechnologien
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du handelst betriebswirtschaftlich mit dem Team auf Basis von Budgets und Produktivitätsvorgaben und bist die Eskalationsstufe sowohl für die eigenen Mitarbeitenden als auch für die Lead Engineers und den Engineering- und Projektmanager in Projekten
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen und zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
- Du hast sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch
