Unsere Behandlungsschwerpunkte im Kinder- und Jugendbereich liegen vor allem auf emotionalen Störungen, Trennungsängsten, Schulvermeidung, Depressionen, Angst- sowie Zwangserkrankungen, hyperkinetischen Störungen und Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen.
Im Erwachsenenbereich behandeln wir hauptsächlich affektive Erkrankungen, Traumafolgestörungen, Zwangs- und Angststörungen sowie somatoforme Störungen, ADHS und Autismus im Erwachsenenalter.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie behandeln eigenverantwortlich und fachärztlich unsere Patient:innen, einschließlich der Behandlungsplanung und der Arbeit mit begleitenden Diensten
- Sie führen und koordinieren das multiprofessionelle Team aus ärztlichen und therapeutischen Mitarbeitenden
- Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung unserer neugegründeten Familienklinik
- Sie nehmen am ärztlichen Rufbereitschaftsdienst teil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Facharzt (m/w/d) für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie und/oder Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie.
- Sie bringen bereits klinische Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise auch erste Führungserfahrung als Oberarzt oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Ihre therapeutische Kompetenz in Diagnostik, Intervention und Behandlungsplanung ist fundiert und praxiserprobt.
- Als empathische Führungspersönlichkeit leiten Sie Ihr Team wertschätzend an und fördern die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit.
- Sie überzeugen durch eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und haben Freude daran, die neue Familienklinik aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Für die professionelle Kommunikation mit Patient:innen und im Team beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache fließend (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
