- Sie steuern und leiten komplexe Strategie- und Transformationsprozesse in Gesundheitseinrichtungen, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen und Gesellschafter:innen. Dabei entwickeln Sie nachhaltige Medizin- und Standortstrategien, bauen strategisch ambulante Angebote aus und integrieren diese, steigern Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit, optimieren Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation und begleiten die Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsprozesse
- Sie integrieren einzelne Häuser in ein zukunftsorientiertes Gesamtkonzept unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Tragfähigkeit und regionaler Versorgungsstrukturen
- Sie bauen interdisziplinäre Projektteams auf, führen und entwickeln diese weiter
- Sie wirken an M&A-Projekten im stationären und ambulanten Gesundheitsmarkt mit, führen Commercial Due Diligence durch und bewerten Standorte strategisch und wirtschaftlich
- Sie bauen Netzwerke auf und pflegen diese, betreiben Business Development und Akquise

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder im Management von Krankenhäusern bzw. in ökonomischer und strategischer Verantwortung im Gesundheitswesen
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der Strukturen, Finanzierungsmechanismen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen im stationären und ambulanten Sektor
- Sie können nachweisbare Erfolge in Change-, Restrukturierungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen vorweisen
- Sie denken unternehmerisch, sind umsetzungsstark und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie besitzen hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie ein überzeugendes und verbindliches Auftreten auf Führungsebene und sind kommunikations- und netzwerkstark mit Akquisepotenzial
