Als Operations Engineer (Dev Ops) verantwortest du den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Applikationen end-to-end – auf unserer Infrastruktur und in Kundenumgebungen. Mit DevOps-Fokus auf Automatisierung, CI/CD, NixOS, Monitoring und Serviceprozesse sorgst du für stabile, sichere und standardisierte Betriebsabläufe.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verantwortest den Betrieb unserer Applikationen (End-to-End Ownership) auf unserer Infrastruktur sowie auf Kunden-Infrastrukturen
- Du arbeitest DevOps-orientiert mit starkem Fokus auf Betrieb, Automatisierung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Du verantwortest den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines
- Du administrierst Tools, Plattformen und Zugänge wie GitLab oder Keycloak inkl. Rollen- und Rechtemanagement sowie Secrets-/Credential-Handling
- Du optimierst und standardisierst Betriebsprozesse wie Incident, Problem und Change, Runbooks sowie Automatisierung
- Du fokussierst dich technologisch auf NixOS sowie das Umfeld von Web-Applikationen wie PHP und React
- Du betreibst Edge Devices beim Kunden durch Bestellung, Provisionierung, Einrichtung, Ausrollen und Wartung
- Du behältst den Überblick über alle beim Kunden zu wartenden Systeme bezüglich Monitoring, Updates und Dokumentation
- Du definierst und etablierst SLA- und Service-Prozesse inklusive Service Levels, KPIs und Eskalationswegen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
