Als Referent für wohnungwirtschaftliche Digitalisierungsprojekt und Prozesse verantwortest du die Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten entlang der zentralen wohnungswirtschaftlichen Abläufe. Du analysierst und optimierst Prozesse, definierst End‑to‑End‑Prozessketten und erarbeitest fachliche Anforderungen an IT‑Lösungen. Zudem fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und externen Dienstleistern, wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung des ERP‑Systems Wodis Yuneo mit und begleitest Tests, Rollouts sowie das Reporting von Projekt‑ und Prozesserfolgen.

Was erwartet dich?

Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten entlang der wohnungswirtschaftlichen Kernprozesse (u. a. Vermietung, Bestandsbewirtschaftung, Mieten- und Betriebskostenmanagement, Kundenservice)
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe, Definition von End-to-End-Prozessketten sowie Erarbeitung fachlicher Anforderungen an neue IT-Lösungen und Systemanpassungen
Interne Schnittstellenfunktion mit externen Dienstleistern: Moderation von Workshops, Aufnahme von Anforderungen, Abstimmung von Releases und Testumfängen
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres wohnungswirtschaftlichen ERP-Systems Wodis Yuneo sowie unserer weiteren eingesetzten Anwendungen
Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Prozessdokumentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Unternehmensleitung
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Tests sowie Begleitung von Rollouts inklusive Schulungen für die Anwender
Monitoring und Reporting relevanter Prozess- und Projekterfolge (z. B. Prozessdurchlaufzeiten, Nutzungsquoten digitaler Kanäle, Qualitätskennzahlen)

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft und in Digitalisierungsprojekten bzw. Prozessmanagement
Gutes Verständnis von wohnungswirtschaftlichen Abläufen (z. B. Vermietungsprozess, Bestands- und Mietenmanagement, Betriebskosten, Kundenservice) sowie deren systemseitige Abbildung
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Methoden und Tools zur Projekt- und Prozessdokumentation
Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit, souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
Sehr hohe Affinität zu digitalen Technologien und idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem wohnungswirtschaftlichen ERP-System Wodis Yuneo
