- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Wohnungsverwaltung
- Mitarbeit bei unserer Digitalisierungsstrategie (End-to-End-Digitalisierung)
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Vermietungsprozess: Von der Kündigung bis zur Neuvermietung
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Abwicklung aller Vorgänge im Team
- Aufbau eines effizienten Prozesses für unsere Gewerbe-Vermietung
- Vorantreiben unseres Projektes "Wohnen 75+"
- Analyse von Beständen, Zielgruppen und Mietpreisen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Eskalations- und Ansprechpartnerfunktion für komplexe Mieteranliegen im Vermietungsprozess
- Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen (Leerstand, Fluktuation, etc.)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ab 3 Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Wohnungs- oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Sehr hohe digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft 365 Plattform
- Sicherer Umgang mit wohnungswirtschaftlichen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Wodis Yuneo
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Wohnraummietrecht sowie in kaufmännischen Prozessen rund um die Vermietung
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Mietinteressenten, Mietern und internen Schnittstellen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
