Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Instandhaltung von modernen Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Bei Störungen bist du zur Stelle: Du analysierst systematisch Fehlerquellen, insbesondere im Bereich der Regelungstechnik, und führst Reparaturen zuverlässig durch
- Als technischer Experte und Gesicht unseres Unternehmens berätst du unsere Kunden kompetent, erklärst technische Zusammenhänge und sorgst für eine hohe Servicequalität
- Du dokumentierst deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und arbeitest eng mit dem Innendienst-Team zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich oder bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in der Lüftungs- und Regelungstechnik mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie zuverlässig und trittst im Kund:innenkontakt stets freundlich und kompetent auf
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für deine täglichen Einsätze unerlässlich.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Grundkenntnisse im hydraulischen Verhalten von Lüftungsanlagen – das ist aber kein Muss
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich problemlos mit Kund:innen und im Team abzustimmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
