Werkzeugmechaniker für Spritzgießwerkzeuge (m/w/d)
Mit der langjährigen Erfahrung in der Anwendung der Technik des „In-Mould-Labeling“ (IML) gehören wir bei der Kombination von Kunststoff und Folie zu den Marktführern.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie montieren, demontieren und halten Spritzgießwerkzeuge instand
- Sie führen vorbeugende Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Spritzgießwerkzeugen durch
- Sie ermitteln den Ersatzteilbedarf und beschaffen erforderliche Ersatzteile eigenständig
- Sie erstellen werkzeugbegleitende Dokumente und führen Werkzeuglebensläufe im ALS
- Sie suchen Fehler bei Werkzeugstörungen und -defekten und beseitigen diese
- Sie organisieren und verwalten die Lagerhaltung im Werkzeug- und Ersatzteillager

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen technisches Verständnis im Bereich Mechanik und Metallverarbeitung
- Sie haben Erfahrung in Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten, idealerweise im Bereich Spritzgießwerkzeuge
- Sie weisen Kenntnisse in der manuellen Bearbeitung von Hochglanzoberflächen (z. B. Polieren oder Feilen) auf
- Sie haben idealerweise einen Kranschein und einen Staplerschein
- Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem mit und bei gelegentlichem Bedarf Wochenend-Bereitschaftsdienst zu leisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
