Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und überwachst unsere hochautomatisierten Fertigungsanlagen, wie in der Modulfertigung oder Kartenlamination, und stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsfluss sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die optische Sichtprüfung und die Qualitätssicherung der Chipkarten und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte den hohen BSI-zertifizierten Standards und Kundenanforderungen entsprechen
- Du überwachst die technischen Parameter und greifst bei Abweichungen korrigierend ein, um Ausschuss zu minimieren
- Du unterstützt unser Team flexibel im Versand, indem du bei Bedarf den Bereich Verpackung, Kommissionierung und Versandvorbereitung vertrittst, um die termingerechte Auslieferung an unsere weltweiten Kund:innen zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Anlagentechnik mit
- Du hast Interesse an moderner Anlagentechnik und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, bevorzugt in der Elektronik- oder Kunststoffverarbeitung
- Du arbeitest äußerst präzise und konzentriert, da wir Sicherheits- und Hochtechnologieprodukte herstellen, und hast ein geschultes Auge für Details
- Du bist zuverlässig und flexibel, bereit Verantwortung für deine Anlage zu übernehmen und unterstützt motiviert in angrenzenden Bereichen wie dem Versand
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, da der Umgang mit sensiblen Chipkomponenten Fingerspitzengefühl und eine gewissenhafte Dokumentation erfordert
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
