- gewinnung von neukunden und entwicklung strategischer accounts
- verantwortung für umsatz, budget und ergebnis des bereichs
- führung und weiterentwicklung des regionalen sales-teams des bereichs
- enge zusammenarbeit mit den regional sales managern bei strategischen vertriebsprojekten

was sollten sie mitbringen?
- studium (bwl, logistik, wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare qualifikation
alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige vertriebserfahrung im logistikumfeld (mindestens 3 jahre) - mehrjährige erfolgreiche b2b-vertriebserfahrung in erklärungsbedürftigen dienstleistungen
- idealerweise erfahrung in kep-/fracht-/ oder frischelogistik
- erfahrung mit ausschreibungen, pricing, kalkulation und komplexen entscheidungsstrukturen
- souveräner umgang mit kpis, crm-systemen und datenbasierter argumentation
- erste führungserfahrung oder klare motivation, ein team zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
- strategisches denken und strukturierte arbeitsweise
- sicheres auftreten auf management-ebene
- hohe kundenorientierung und kommunikationsstärke
- reisebereitschaft innerhalb der region
- sehr gute deutsch- und englischkenntnisse (c1 niveau)
