Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für den internationalen Warenverkehr und die Importabwicklung, insbesondere aus Asien und China
- Du wickelst die Zoll- und Einfuhrprozesse (ATLAS / EORI) international ab, insbesondere aus Asien, und stellst die Einhaltung aller zollrechtlichen, steuerrechtlichen sowie landesspezifischen Vorgaben sicher, um einen störungsfreien Importprozess zu gewährleisten
- Du managst End-to-end Importprozesse, von der Purchase Order bis zur Warenverfügbarkeit im Lager (FCL/LCL), und übernimmst das Dokumentenmanagement, einschließlich CI/PL, Packliste, Bill of Lading (OBL/SWB), Frachtbriefe, Lieferantenerklärungen, Prüfbescheide und Zollbescheide
- Du koordinierst die Containerlogistik und Seefracht in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Spediteuren und gestaltest Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP etc.) sowie die Kosten-/Risikobewertung je Term
- Du übernimmst das Lieferkettenmanagement und die Multi-Standort-Logistik sowie die Lagerkoordination, pflegst und überwachst Bestellungen, Liefertermine und Produktionsstände
- Du führst Steuerungskennzahlen für die Lagerorganisation je Lagerstandort ein und arbeitest mit diesen, managst die Schnittstellen zwischen Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion und Lager, optimierst Logistikprozesse und koordinierst Logistikströme innerhalb der unternehmensinternen Gruppe
- Du entwickelst ein gruppenweites Logistikkonzept, planst Kapazitäten und Ressourcen zwischen mehreren Standorten, führst Standards und SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) ein und erfüllst gesetzliche Vorgaben wie Verpackungsmeldungen, Batteriemeldungen und Meldungen für Elektrogeräte national und europaweit für die Gruppe
