Was erwartet dich?
- Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung: Du verantwortest Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur.
- Modernisierung & Architektur: Du analysierst bestehende Systeme, treibst deren Modernisierung voran und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Team und Dienstleistern eine robuste, skalierbare IT-Architektur.
- Integration: Du führst die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Tochtergesellschaften und Standorte zu einer leistungsfähigen, homogenen Gesamtlandschaft zusammen.
- Netzwerk & Security: Du unterstützt die Absicherung unserer Netzwerke – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit WatchGuard-Firewalls (VPN, VLANs, Security-Policies).
- Storage & Virtualisierung: Du konzipierst und administrierst Storage- (SAN/NAS) und Virtualisierungslösungen zur performanten Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen (z. B. Mobile Mapping, Punktwolken).
- Microsoft-Umgebung: Du administrierst unsere Windows-Server-Landschaft sowie Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) inklusive Integration ins On-Prem-Active Directory.
- Support & Projekte: Du agierst als Ansprechpartner im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und leitest IT-Teilprojekte bei Rollouts und Migrationen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium, Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung.
- Erfahrung in der strategischen Weiteentwicklung von IT-Systemen, Technologie-Evaluation und der Implementierung zukunftsfähiger Lösungen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration klassischer On-Premises-Infrastrukturen (Windows Server, Ad, GPO) und in der Betreuung von Hybrid-Szenarien
- Sicherer Umgang mit Storage-Systemen (SAN/NAS) und Backup-Strategien
- Erfahrung in der Migration, Konsolidierung und/oder Verschmelzung von IT-Systemen (z. B. von Firmenübernahmen oder Standortvernetzungen)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit WatchGuard Security Appliences sowie fundiertes Wissen in Routing, Switching und VPN sind Voraussetzung
- Analytische Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
