Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer gesamten Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls) und optimierst diese proaktiv, um unsere Produktionsnetze bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
- Du treibst eigenständig Erneuerungsprojekte im Bereich Netzwerk & Security voran – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur finalen Inbetriebnahme.
- Du übernimmst die Administration unserer Rechenzentren und stellst damit die hohe Verfügbarkeit der zentralen Systeme für das gesamte Unternehmen sicher.
- Als Fachexperte analysierst du komplexe Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support, setzt Change-Requests aus den Fachbereichen um und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen.
- Du agierst als technische Schnittstelle, steuerst externe IT-Dienstleister und arbeitest eng mit deinen IT-Kollegen zusammen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen wie LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN und Firewalls.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, vorzugsweise im Mittelstand, sammeln.
- Eine selbstständige, gut organisierte Arbeitsweise und eine klare Serviceorientierung zeichnen dich aus.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit den Fachbereichen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
