Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren und entwickeln neue Module für unser Warenwirtschaftssystem in RPG IV und ILE-RPG und optimieren bestehende Prozesse in den Bereichen Einkauf, Verkauf und Materialwirtschaft.
- Sie verantworten die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Datenbanken mittels SQL und DDS und stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb der IBM System i (AS/400) Anwendungen sicher.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner arbeiten Sie eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen, analysieren deren Anforderungen und übersetzen diese in passgenaue technische Lösungen.
- Sie übernehmen den technischen Support, analysieren und beheben eigenständig Fehler im System und unterstützen die Anwender bei der täglichen Arbeit.
- Sie sichern die Qualität Ihrer Entwicklungen durch sorgfältige Tests und erstellen die dazugehörige technische Dokumentation, um unser Systemwissen zu erhalten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in) und konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sammeln.
- In der Anwendungsentwicklung auf IBM i (AS/400) mit CL, RPG, DDS und SQL fühlen Sie sich sicher.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse mit, insbesondere in Einkauf, Verkauf und Materialwirtschaft.
- Sie arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich, sind aber gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer, der im direkten Kundenkontakt serviceorientiert und freundlich auftritt.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Kunden sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) erforderlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
