Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Mahnprozess - von der ersten Mahnung bis zur Einleitung rechtlicher Schritte - und übernimmst die zugehörige Kommunikation mit den Schuldnern
- Du führst eigenständig die Debitorenbuchhaltung, pflegst die offenen Posten in DATEV und überwachst die Zahlungseingänge
- Du bereitest die Übergabe von komplexen Fällen an externe Inkasso-Partner und Rechtsanwälte vor und stimmst dich eng mit ihnen ab.
- Du wirkst bei der Bearbeitung von Insolvenzfällen mit, prüfst die Sachverhalte und meldest die Forderungen fristgerecht an.
- Zusätzlich unterstützt du das Team bei allgemeinen buchhalterischen Aufgaben, wie beispielsweise in der Anlagenbuchhaltung.

Das bringst du mit:
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen (z.B. Finanzbuchhaltung, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r)
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement und Insolvenzrecht mit
- Im Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware, vorzugsweise DATEV, bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick überzeugst du im Kontakt mit Schuldnern.
- Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
