Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Du hast die Verantwortung für den gesamten Mahnprozess, von der ersten Mahnung bis zur Einleitung rechtlicher Schritte sowie die zugehörige Kommunikation mit den Schuldnern
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das Debitorenmanagement und die Pflege der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Die Vorbereitung und Koordination der Inkasso- und Rechtsanwaltsabgaben fällt ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Bei der Insolvenzbearbeitung unterstützt du bei der Prüfung und Abwicklung von Insolvenzfällen inkl. Forderungsanmeldungen
- Du übernimmst allgemeine buchhalterische Tätigkeiten und hilfst in der Anlagebuchhaltung mit

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen (z.B. Finanzbuchhaltung, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r)
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement und Insolvenzrecht mit
- Du kannst sicher mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware umgehen (idealerweise DATEV)
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit säumigen Zahlern und Zahlerinnen
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
