Für unseren Finanzbereich suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unser Mahnwesen und die Debitorenbuchhaltung souverän betreut und darüber hinaus bei weiteren Aufgaben in der Buchhaltung unterstützt. Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung in einem wichtigen Bereich des Tagesgeschäfts und sorgst mit deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise für stabile Prozesse. Klingt das nach dir? Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Du steuerst unser Mahnwesen und bearbeitest offene Posten strukturiert und konsequent.
Du stimmst Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten ab und klärst Unstimmigkeiten.
Du klärst Zahlungsdifferenzen und kommunizierst mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen.
Du pflegst relevante Stammdaten und sorgst für saubere, verlässliche Buchhaltungsprozesse.
Du bereitest Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen vor.
Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Du arbeitest an projektbezogenen Aufgaben im Finanzbereich mit und bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen ein.

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit, idealerweise im Mahnwesen oder in der Debitorenbuchhaltung.
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
Du gehst sicher mit Zahlen um und behältst auch im Tagesgeschäft den Überblick.
Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
Kenntnisse in DATEV sind von Vorteil.
Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
