Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst eigenverantwortlich Kubernetes-Operatoren in Go, um die Automatisierung unserer internen Cloud-Plattform voranzutreiben.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau und Betrieb unserer gehärteten RKE2-Cluster und stellst deren Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit für unsere Entwicklungsteams sicher.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kubernetes-Infrastruktur analysierst und löst du komplexe Störungen und planst proaktiv Upgrades sowie das Node-Management.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung gestaltest du CI/CD-Pipelines und implementierst GitOps-Workflows mit Tools wie ArgoCD und Helm, um Deployments zu beschleunigen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als DevOps Engineer mit, idealerweise im Betrieb von On-Premise Kubernetes .
- Du hast fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, idealerweise auch mit hardened Clustern und RKE2.
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Go und hast im besten Fall schon Kubernetes-Operators damit entwickelt.
- Ein solides Verständnis von Linux und Netzwerkgrundlagen sowie ein großes Interesse an neuen Cloud-Native-Technologien zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich reibungslos im Team auszutauschen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
