Damit verbringst Du Deinen Tag
- Du richtest unsere HomagKantenanleimmaschinen sowie die verketteten Förder- und Transportanlagen ein und steuerst diese zuverlässig im Produktionsalltag
- Du überwachst und steuerst unseren vollautomatischen Sortierspeicher von Systraplan und 3Tec und dabei hast Du alle Abläufe stets im Griff
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
- Du führst unser Kantenlager gewissenhaft und stellst sicher, dass Materialverfügbarkeit und Qualität jederzeit stimmen

Das bringst Du mit
- Erfahrung oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Vorkenntnissen in der industriellen Holzverarbeitung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kantenanleim oder Durchlaufmaschinen, bestenfalls aus dem Homag-System
- Bereitschaft für einen 3Schicht-Betrieb und die dafür notwendige Flexibilität
- Zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise, die Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt aufzeigt
- Belastbarkeit und ruhiges Arbeiten auch bei zeitweise hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke für selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Zusammenarbeit im Team

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
