Was erwartet dich?
- Als Vorbild führst, motivierst und entwickelst du dein Team und bist für eine bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung verantwortlich.
- Du stellst den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores sicher, indem du aktiv verkaufst, Kund:innen mit deiner Fitness-Expertise berätst und neue Vertriebsaktionen planst.
- Du verantwortest alle operativen Abläufe – von der Warenversorgung und Administration bis hin zu einem perfekten visuellen Erscheinungsbild der Verkaufsfläche.
- Du baust einen treuen Kundenstamm auf und gewinnst durch kreative Aktionen und lokale Akquise-Maßnahmen stetig neue Fitness-Fans für deinen Store.
- Du analysierst relevante Store-Kennzahlen, leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung ab und berichtest deine Erfolge an die Gebietsleitung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (kaufmännisch, Vertrieb oder im Sportbereich) oder bist ein fitnessbegeisterter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit fundiertem Fachwissen.
- Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Fitnessbranche mit – zum Beispiel als Fitnesstrainer:in, Personal Trainer:in oder durch eine intensive private Leidenschaft für Sport und Trainingsequipment.
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung in der Teamleitung sammeln oder bist bereit für den nächsten Schritt in die Store-Leitung.
- Als Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent liebst du den Kontakt zu Menschen, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst durch ein freundliches, selbstsicheres Auftreten.
- Mit deiner Macher-Mentalität und deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein brennst du dafür, den Store in Frankfurt am Main zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einem sehr guten Niveau (C1), um unser Team und unsere Kundschaft optimal zu betreuen.
