Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du liebst Sport: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (kaufmännisch, Vertrieb oder im Sportbereich) oder bist ein fitnessbegeisterter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit fundiertem Fachwissen
- Du bringst Erfahrung aus der Fitnessbranche mit – zum Beispiel als Fitnesstrainer:in, Personal Trainer:in, Physiotherapeut:in oder durch eine intensive private Leidenschaft für Sport und Trainingsequipment
- Du hast Führungstalent: Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung in der Teamleitung sammeln oder bist bereit für den nächsten Schritt in die Store-Leitung
- Du bist ein Kommunikationsprofi: Du liebst den Kontakt zu Menschen, kannst andere für Fitness-Konzepte begeistern und überzeugst durch ein freundliches, selbstsicheres Auftreten
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, behältst auch bei Projekten den Überblick und hast eine ausgeprägte Kund:innenorientierung
- Du hast eine Macher-Mentalität: Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Wille, den Store in Hamburg zum Erfolg zu führen, zeichnen dich aus
