Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst moderne Bagger mit speziellen Bohrgeräten und bereitest so die Baufelder für die Kampfmittelräumung vor.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Fachpersonal legst du Störkörper und Anomalien im Erdreich präzise und verantwortungsvoll frei.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Pflege und Wartung deiner Maschinen, um die ständige Einsatzbereitschaft des Equipments sicherzustellen.
- Als fester Teil des Teams packst du bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten auf der Baustelle mit an und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Baumaschinen- oder Baugeräteführer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung als Baggerfahrer oder im Umgang mit Baumaschinen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE; ein LKW-Führerschein (C/CE oder C1E) ist ein Pluspunkt.
- Eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Für eine reibungslose und sichere Kommunikation im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch.
- Ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis sowie technisches Verständnis für Maschinen runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
