Was erwartet Sie?
- Installation & Inbetriebnahme: Fachgerechter Aufbau und Anschluss von Kaffeemaschinen und Wasserspendern (inkl. Festwasseranschluss) vor Ort beim Kunden.
- Wartung & Instandsetzung: Durchführung regelmäßiger Service-Intervalle sowie Fehlerdiagnose und Reparatur mechanischer und elektrischer Komponenten (Außen- und Innendienst).
- Hygiene- & Qualitätsmanagement: Systematische Entkalkung, Reinigung und Desinfektion der wasserführenden Systeme sowie die Einstellung optimaler Brühparameter (Geschmack/Temperatur).
- Ersatzteilmanagement: Verwaltung des Ersatzteillagers im Servicefahrzeug und in der Werkstatt sowie die präzise Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten.
- Kundenberatung & Einweisung: Technische Einweisung des Personals in die tägliche Bedienung und Pflege der Geräte direkt am Einsatzort.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Elektrotechniker:in oder Elektroniker:in mit Gesellenbrief oder Mechatroniker:in
- Sie haben ein elektrotechnisches Grundverständnis, können Schaltpläne lesen und sind sicher im Umgang mit Elektronik, Sensorik und Hydraulik (Wasserwege/Druck)
- Sie besitzen Diagnose-Fähigkeiten und suchen nicht nur den Fehler, sondern verstehen die Ursache
- Sie haben handwerkliches Geschick und Feingefühl für kleinteilige Mechanik (Brühgruppen, Mahlwerke)
- Sie sind ein Kommunikationstalent und können Kund:innen erklären, warum die Maschine streikt, ohne in zu tiefes Fachchinesisch zu verfallen
- Sie haben ein gepflegtes Auftreten, da Sie in Büros (beim Kund:innen vor Ort) arbeiten, und ein sauberes Erscheinungsbild sowie höfliches Benehmen sind absolut kritisch
- Sie bringen die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen (2-3 Übernachtungen im Monat) im Inland mit, um Kundentermine effizient wahrnehmen zu können

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
