Was erwartet Sie?
- Fachgerechter Aufbau und Anschluss von Kaffeemaschinen und Wasserspendern (inkl. Festwasseranschluss) vor Ort beim Kunden
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Service-Intervalle sowie Fehlerdiagnose und Reparatur mechanischer und elektrischer Komponenten (Außen- und Innendienst)
- Systematische Entkalkung, Reinigung und Desinfektion der wasserführenden Systeme sowie die Einstellung optimaler Brühparameter (Geschmack/Temperatur)
- Verwaltung des Ersatzteillagers im Servicefahrzeug und in der Werkstatt sowie die präzise Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
- Technische Einweisung des Personals in die tägliche Bedienung und Pflege der Geräte direkt am Einsatzort

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektrotechniker:in, Elektroniker:in oder Mechatroniker:in (Gesellenbrief oder vergleichbar)
- Sie bringen ein gutes elektrotechnisches Verständnis mit, können Schaltpläne lesen und haben Erfahrung mit Elektronik, Sensorik sowie Hydraulik
- Mit handwerklichem Geschick und analytischem Denken finden Sie nicht nur Fehler, sondern verstehen auch deren Ursache und beheben diese an mechanischen Bauteilen
- Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem Auftreten beraten Sie unsere Kund:innen vor Ort verständlich und serviceorientiert
- Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich im Inland zu reisen (ca. 2-3 Übernachtungen/Monat) und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
