Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die umfassende Buchhaltung mit der Sage 100 Software inkl. Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Materialbuchhaltung
- Du verantwortest die Debitorenbuchhaltung und die Überwachung des Mahnwesens in Kooperation mit dem Vertrieb
- Du wickelst die Zahlungsprozesse inkl täglicher Bankbuchungen und Lastschriften ab
- Du kümmerst dich um die Stammdatenanlage und -pflege sowie die Kontenabstimmung und -kontrolle
- Du verwaltest die Betriebskasse einschließlich anfallender Ein- und Auszahlungen und Auslagenerstattungen
- Du erledigst regelmäßige Buchungen und Meldungen wie z.B. die tägliche Verbuchung der Alkoholsteuer, monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchungen sowie die Erstellung der Umsatzsteuermeldungen/ZM
- Du bist zuständig für die Bilanzbuchhaltung und Abschlussbuchungen einschließlich des Monatsabschlusses

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Bankbuchungen, Lastschriften, Gehaltsbuchungen, Bilanzbuchhaltung, Materialbuchung, Mahnwesen, Abschlussrechnungen etc. sind für Dich kein Problem
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du arbeitest sauber, genau, gewissenhaft und eigenständig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
