Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Installation und Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort im Raum Hamburg und managst dabei schwerpunktmäßig Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365) sowie Hyper-V-Virtualisierungen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden analysierst und behebst Du Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und stellst so einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicher.
- Du konzipierst und optimierst die Netzwerksicherheit unserer Kunden, indem Du Routing-Protokolle konfigurierst und Firewalls betreust.
- Du betreust proaktiv unsere Bestandskunden, entwickelst bestehende Managed Services weiter und sorgst so für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Du erstellst und pflegst sorgfältig die technischen System- und Projektdokumentationen, um eine hohe Servicequalität zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen: Administration, Microsoft Windows (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365), Hyper-V, Backup und Scan
- Du warst schon einmal im Außendienst tätig und kennst die Arbeit mit Kund:innen
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, Organisationsgeschick sowie ein hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit mit
- Belastbarkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
