- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte, sowie für Schnittstellen wie Einkauf, Visual Department und Rahmenabteilungen
- Sie unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und der Koordination und Führung des Teams
- Sie stellen den Service-Standard und die fachlichen Kompetenzen innerhalb des Teams sicher
- Sie beraten unsere anspruchsvollen Kund:innen fachgerecht
- Sie präsentieren das Sortiment stilvoll im exklusiven Ambiente unseres Hauses

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im stationären Einzelhandel und bringen eine echte Leidenschaft für den Verkauf mit
- Sie stellen Ihr Team und dessen Weiterentwicklung in den Mittelpunkt und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Sie begeistern anspruchsvolle Kund:innen mit einem exzellenten Servicelevel und schaffen eine angenehme Beratungsatmosphäre
- Sie arbeiten sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und sind routiniert im Umgang mit warenwirtschaftlichen Systemen
- Sie überzeugen durch Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
