Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenständig den Einkauf von Fremdmarken für den stationären und Online-Handel durch
- Sie erstellen eine Monats- und Lieferantenplanung unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten KPIs und der vorgegebenen Planzahlen
- Sie betreiben kreativen und zielgruppenorientierten Einkauf im zugeordneten Verantwortungsbereich und führen regelmäßige Sortimentsanalysen zur Ableitung strategischer und operativer Maßnahmen durch
- Sie analysieren den Markt und spüren eigenständig Trends, neue Lieferanten sowie vorhandene Potentiale unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Stoßrichtung auf
- Sie verhandeln ertragssteigende Konditionen mit Lieferanten zum Aufbau starker Industrie-Partnerschaften
- Sie steuern die Waren und den Nachkauf mit aktivem In-Season Management zur Optimierung einkaufsrelevanter KPIs und Erreichung definierter Ziele

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- Sie haben bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Position bei einem Multi-Channel Händler gesammelt
- Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu Sport, Lifestyle und Trends sowie Verständnis für verschiedenste Zielgruppen
- Sie besitzen ein stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenverständnis
- Sie sind verhandlungsstark, kommunikationsstark, ein Teamplayer und arbeiten mit einer „Hands-on“-Mentalität
